• Rudeness

• Ageism
• Misogyny

• Discrimination against disability

• Discrimination against sexual orientation
• Raised, rude, aggressive, threatening tone of voice
• Backhanded comments
…or anything else that can cause emotional bruising to our dear team members! Depending on the severity of the offence, we retain the right to refuse to serve a person or a business in the future or report the incident to the relevant authorities or police.

All our vehicles are equipt with satellite tracking and quick response panic trigger equipment. Any attempt that compromises our drivers’ safety will be dealt with the highest priority and have the most severe legal coincidences!

All the calls to and from our office are recorded; this includes communication with our drivers.
