Cons:
- It is unlikely we can accommodate any ASAP requests. Pre-booking your carrot at least 4 hours before the pickup time is advisable. Larger vehicle types may require an even longer pre-booking period.
- Cancelling your booking requires a minimum of 3 hours’ notice, or the full fare may be charged.
- All bookings require card details to be attached (via an app or a payment link). We no longer accept payments in a car.
