Joining Carrot Cars is Simple:

3. Interview: Book a Zoom interview slot at your convenience.
4. A deposit of £50 will be asked to be paid after the interview, once you have decided to join us. The full deposit will be refunded if you decide to leave Carrot Cars and have returned all our belongings, such as the company’s Tie, Nameboards, etc.

Open Shift

• You can come and go whenever you like, as long as you honour any pre-agreed worktimes or allocated jobs. We only have trustworthy and reliable drivers!

Currently, the highest-earning drivers are Estate and MPV vehicle owners.

Owner-Drivers’ Vehicle Criteria:

1. Vehicle Age: Must be registered in 2020 or later.
2. Vehicle Condition:
   • No damage, both internally and externally (this encompasses even minor scratches).
   • Free from any offensive odours, notably those from food or smoke.
3. Functional Integrity: All vehicle components should be fully operational.
4. Climate Control: A functioning air conditioning system is mandatory.

WE NO LONGER HAVE VEHICLE MAKE CRITERIA IN PLACE. DECISIONS ARE NOW MADE ON AN INDIVIDUAL VEHICLE BASIS.

Carrot Cars Uniform Standards for Drivers

1. Full Suit: Matching jacket and trousers.
2. White Shirt:
   • Plain and pristine white.
   • Ironed, with long sleeves.
   • No stripes, checks, or patterns are allowed.
3. Carrot Cars Tie: This will be provided to you on your first day.
4. Shoes: Formal black footwear.
5. Shirt Etiquette: The top/first button of the shirt should always be securely fastened.
6. Fit: Your shirt, suit, and shoes must be of a proper fit to ensure a polished appearance.
