How easy is it to set up the account with Carrot Cars?

Once you have completed the account application, which should take no more than 2 minutes of your time (plus the time you spend looking through your files for your company’s number:), we will process your application immediately, presuming it is done during standard office hours. We will execute standard credit and advance anti-fraud checks.

Once the application is approved, we will open your account and send you an additional online form, where you can set up the attributes of your account by the way they serve you best. e.g., authorised user, saved address, booking limits, etc.

If the account is declined due to low credit score, then we will still be able to offer you a business account; however, prepaid card attached bases. You will still receive monthly invoices for your accountancy purposes and will have full control over your account. Just no 30-day credit option.
