Most of our team members have children of their own; hence, we know how it feels when it comes to your child’s safety and comfort. 

Carrot Cars has allocated storage for over 50 child safety seats with 24/7 access for your drivers. Additional smaller support child seat storages are located in many major airports around London.

Before any baby seats are given out to drivers, they are deep steamed with Colloidal Silver, a natural anti-bacterial and anti-viral solution, with has no harming or irritating consequences. If any safety seats have gotten a little messy because of the previous little customer, then seat covers will be sent to dry cleaners for deep cleaning. Therefore you can always have peace of mind that your child will be sitting in the cleanest safety seat out of all the London’s cab companies. 

The price is £10 per journey, regardless of the number of needed seats. You are paying for seats collection and drop of service from/to the storage location, not for the seats themselves.

Available seats:

• Newborn (0-3 months). Extra soft, supporting head cushion. (Rear-facing seat).
• Baby Seat (3 months – 12 months) (Rear-facing seat).
• Toddler Safety Seat (1 year – 3 years) (Forward-facing seat)
• Booster Platform (4 years – 8 years) (Forward-facing seat) The booster seat allows your child to sit higher up so the standard vehicle seatbelts can be used to strap the child.

Every driver in our company has gone through complete training, how to install each safety seat, and has demonstrated to us that they are capable of doing this correctly. However, our drivers are under strict instructions that they are not allowed to fit the straps on your child. This must be done by the parent or guardian of the child. Your driver will be still helping you with his advice and guidance on how to fit it properly.

Please note that if your little one causes a little unintentional mess in the vehicle beyond the damaged baby seat, you will be liable for cleaning charges by a professional car valeting service provider of our choice.
