Carrot Cars Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Purchase and Activation: Upon purchase of a Carrot Cars gift card, it will be activated and ready for use. All sales are final, and gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
- Expiration: a. Gift cards that have an expiry date printed or indicated upon purchase will lose their value once they reach the specified expiration date. b. Gift cards that do not carry an expiry date will remain valid indefinitely and will not expire.
- Usage and Availability: The usage of the Carrot Cars gift card is subject to the availability of the Carrot Cars service. Holders of the gift card cannot claim a service if, for any reason, the service is unavailable at the desired time.
- Loss or Theft: The gift card holder is responsible for the safety and security of the gift card and its voucher code. In the event of loss, theft, or unauthorized use, Carrot Cars is not responsible or liable for replacement or compensation. It is recommended that the gift card holder treat the card like cash.
- Third-Party Usage: If the gift card voucher code is used by a third party, whether with or without the cardholder’s permission, Carrot Cars will not be held liable or responsible for such use. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure the code is kept confidential.
- Transferability: Carrot Cars gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit unless otherwise stated or required by applicable laws.
