You can access the credit on your Gift Card in three easy ways:

1. Open the Carrot Cars mobile app.
2. Log in or create an account if you haven’t already.
3. Tap on “My Account” or a similar option.
4. Select “Use the Voucher Code” and enter the unique code from your Gift Card at the checkout.

Option 2: Web Portal (Click here) 

1. Visit our website and log in, or create a new Carrot Cars profile.
2. Navigate to the “Redeem the voucher” section at the checkout.
3. Enter the unique code from your Gift Card.

Option 3: Phone Booking

• When making a booking, provide the unique Gift Card code to our friendly customer service team. They’ll apply the credit to your booking, ensuring you’re all set for your ride.

Start Booking: With your Gift Card credit, you can book our services multiple times. Ensure the card has enough credit to cover your ride.

Additional Information: Your Gift Card credit remains valid until fully utilized or until it expires, whichever comes first. If there’s no expiry date on your Gift Card, it means it will never expire.
